We've finally produced our first-ever wedding cinematography album on Blu-ray discs! Mark & Angela is the first couple for whom we shot everything in HDV, edit in HDV and produced both DVD and Blu-ray albums!
Given the high clarity of the Blu-ray, and prices of Blu-ray players singing to the tune of $300, how we wish we can offer Blu-ray albums for every couple.
Our Blu-ray discs are also full-hub printable and are specially purchased from Tokyo Akihabara! They are not available in SG....
Realistically speaking, production time is several times longer if Blu-ray discs are the final deliverables. When we factor in the time cost in post-production, we have to charge our couples at premium prices (which is often not welcomed). We guess for now, our Blu-ray albums will only go to couples who truly understand that Blu-ray is the inevitable.
